BRUCE FALL, MANAGING BROKER
Fall Fine Homes, "Locally Owned & Operated", Lusby, MD
Bruce advises clients on the intricacies of selling and acquiring real estate as key life investment decisions. He will tell you, "like all investments, you need a trusted and engaged market operator to advise you on valuations and navigating the transaction." Bruce is also a waterfront property owner and avid boater - captain of the 30ft "Lark". Bruce's passion is waterfront properties which he believes "is one of the most misunderstood sectors in the industry - more prone to buyer or seller mistakes through miscalculation and inexperience." When I work with my clients, we often travel by boat - the best way to see and appreciate waterfront properties is from a boat.
As a former Associate Broker with the Northern Virginia Real Estate firm, McEnearney Associates of Old Town Alexandria, Bruce was recognized by Washingtonian Magazine in both 2015 & 2016 as a top 100 Real Estate agent in the greater Washington DC area with average personal sales exceeding 8 million dollars. Prior to entering Real Estate, Bruce spent over 25 years in Sales, Marketing and Advertising roles with blue chip companies such as Campbell Soup, Westinghouse and Fortune Brands.
Bruce and his wife Libby, moved full-time into their Mill Creek waterfront home in 2015. Our Lusby home is the 2nd Calvert county waterfront property that we have owned. In addition to his volunteer work as a board member of the Drum Point Club, Bruce and his wife Libby are members of the Solomons Island Yacht Club. Libby, who is the Principal Broker of Fall Fine Homes helps Bruce manage the day-to-day Maryland activities of the firm as well as maintains a healthy real estate business in Northern Virginia.
